Dear Carillon at Belleview Station Community,
We are writing to inform you that we have had an additional associate test positive for COVID-19. We are in the process of contact tracing and will be notifying residents, families and associates who may have been exposed. September 3, 2021, will be the 14th day and final day of quarantine and daily rapid testing for the previous known exposed residents and associates. This means they can resume dining, activities and visitation on September 4th.
In following the regulations set forth by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment we will continue Outbreak Testing. Outbreak testing means we will continue to PCR test all residents and associates two times per week.
On a high note, we will be opening our dining room, activities, and indoor visitation for all vaccinated residents effective September 1, 2021. We apologize for the delay, but, in an effort to keep everyone safe, we were waiting for lab results.
We appreciate your continued cooperation with testing as it is critical to minimizing the spread of COVID and protecting all of you.
With the increased cases of COVID that are taking place across the country, it is very important that residents be certain to mask at all times when out of their apartment. Frequent handwashing and social distancing are also effective infection prevention measures. We also encourage residents to limit their exposure to unvaccinated individuals and avoid large groups.
We will continue to stay in close communication with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and specialists at Denver County and to follow their direction and protocols. We will notify you as any changes are made. Please understand that our license to operate is dependent on following these guidelines.
If you have any further questions, please reach out to Carillon at Belleview Station’s Executive Director, Elizabeth Girling, at (720) 440-8200.
